@Xfinity one day youāre able to do your job and work remotely. The next day their techs are in the area to fix a problem and leave you without service. @comcast continues to do a poor job

@marymurrah It's just not worth what I'm paying. I have basic cable (network) and internet and it's $124/month. The technology is circa 2005. My friend has Comcast and he has a remote you can talk to and a crazy interface where you can see everything that's available.

@comcastcares we figured out there was a problem on our street / one of the distribution modems downstream from @comcast head-end; good old fashioned talking with the neighbors (6 foot distance of course!) thanks @swellesley for the help @xfinity repair crew coming tomorrow AM

One thing i know for a fact is; after all of this is over @Xfinity will never get any more of money ever again...ill take up a new hobby if i have to; the owner(s) should be ashamed of themselves with what theyāre pulling on ppl converting their regular service if they cant pay

If itās Comcast you will get throttled and you gotta call Comcast as ask them to increase your bandwidth. If you can get Fios get that. An also if you can snag a asus gigabit switch this will help you with your speeds also. And do not use 1473 MTU settings just use the default.

Life is CRAZY! Corporations are worth billions and will dismiss you as a customer, for $2K. @Xfinity, even though they have been SUPER generous to me, is worth over $1B, will take you out over a bill of $1200. I lost my job today, bc I don't have svc.
