  Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

  @HSBC_UK my 15 yo son has lost his HSBC debit card. He didn’t have phone/online/mobile banking set up and it appears impossible to cancel his card. Your emergency phone line wanted his long card number which he doesn’t have as it’s on the card.

  @Franks_2012 @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

  @c_j_d @HSBC_UK That’s awful - I found the bereavement depts of banks were reasonably sensitive once I got through to them but yes some staff just didn’t seem to have a clue how to respond in a human way. Sorry you are going through this
