@Xfinity Tried your mobile and when the coverage was bad I tried three times to cancel and continue to be charged. They won’t refund at the store and keep sending me to call center numbers. Ridiculous! Do better! Wish I had cable options to switch.

@DLocke09 @kristennikole22 I totally agree with this. I’d be more than happy to pay for a streaming service. The only reason I have Comcast is to watch Jazz games. I’m not looking for a free solution. Just one that doesn’t suck as bad as At&t Sportsnet has for so many years!

@S5consult @Xfinity @Xfinity is a company that built itself on the backs of the working class. They don't care about us. I've been having intermittent outages for almost a year. They treat you like their doing you a favor. We are nothing more than the battered consumer.

@RadioMoser People will blame altitude regardless for whatever reason. Maybe now they can see this is not an isolated incident with dish/Comcast and altitude.

We are that odd family (I guess) who actually loves Comcast and has had no issues. But, the sheer (presumed) speed of AT&T fiber intrigues me, particularly now that I am 100% remote. Does anyone have suggestions on making that switch? Would you do it?

@comcast you guys are UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I tried to downgrade my service and I tried to get ride of the phone, get 1200Mps internet and 140+ Channels and was told you couldn't/wouldn't do it. What kind of scam are you running?

@Comcast why when I want to set a Reminder on a game on ESPN that the "Reminder service" doesn't work? I pay really good $ for service that hardly ever works!
